Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Vertex Global Access is built on discretion. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over it. It is written to comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Vertex Global Access. For any privacy matter, contact us at contact@vertexglobalaccessgroup.com.
2. The information we collect
- Identity and contact details — such as your name and email address, when you complete the Sovereign Diagnostic, apply for a strategy session, or contact us.
- Diagnostic and enquiry information — the answers you give in the Sovereign Diagnostic and any information you share when you enquire (which may relate to your residency, income type, banking, assets, tax position and objectives).
- Technical and usage data — limited information about how you access the website, such as browser type and general analytics, where applicable.
- Communications — the content of messages and correspondence between us.
3. How the diagnostic stores data
The Sovereign Diagnostic is designed to run in your own browser. Your answers and the report it generates are stored locally on your device. Where you choose to share a report with us, provide an email address, or submit an enquiry, that information is transmitted to and processed by us as described in this policy.
4. Why we use your information, and our lawful bases
- To provide the diagnostic, the Blueprint and the services you request — performance of a contract or taking steps at your request before entering one.
- To respond to enquiries and arrange strategy sessions — legitimate interests in operating and developing our business, and/or your consent.
- To improve our website, materials and services — legitimate interests.
- To send you information you have asked for or agreed to receive — consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- To meet legal, regulatory, anti-money-laundering and record-keeping obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims — legal obligation and/or legitimate interests.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf (for example, secure hosting, email and analytics providers), under contracts that require them to protect it.
- Independent professional partners (such as lawyers, tax advisers or institutions) — only where you ask us to, or where it is necessary to provide a service you have engaged, and only to the extent appropriate.
- Authorities or regulators where we are required to do so by law, or to prevent or detect crime, fraud or money laundering.
- A successor in the event of a business reorganisation, merger or sale.
6. International transfers
Given the cross-border nature of our work, your information may be processed outside the UK. Where it is, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection, such as relying on adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses with appropriate safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above, including to meet legal, accounting, anti-money-laundering and reporting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
8. How we protect it
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, and we restrict access to those who need it. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our measures regularly.
9. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in data-protection law, you have the right to: access a copy of your personal data; have inaccurate data corrected; have data erased; restrict or object to certain processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it. To exercise any of these, contact contact@vertexglobalaccessgroup.com. We will respond within the time limits required by law.
You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk), though we would welcome the chance to resolve any concern first.
10. Cookies and analytics
We aim to keep the website light. We use only the cookies and similar technologies necessary for the site to function and, where applicable, basic analytics to understand usage. Where any non-essential cookies are used, we will ask for your consent. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
11. Children
Our website and services are intended for adults (18+) and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
12. Third-party links
This website may link to third-party sites or tools that have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for those practices; please review their policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published here, with its “last updated” date, is the version that applies.
14. Contact
For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us at contact@vertexglobalaccessgroup.com.
